Please read the following terms carefully before subscribing to our services.
Subscription
This service is a subscription-based paid service, which means that you will pay in advance for future subscription use. You can choose to use the service on an annual, monthly or life time. After successful subscription, all content will be unlocked.
At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew by default, unless you explicitly cancel the automatic renewal yourself, or we cancel the service. You can cancel the auto-renewal feature yourself through the service’s Manage Subscriptions.
How to Cancel a Subscription on iOS
To ensure you stop being charged, please follow these steps carefully. You must do this before your next billing date.
- Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Access Your Apple ID: Tap your name at the very top of the screen (this is your Apple ID section).
- Go to Subscriptions: Tap Subscriptions.
- Note: If you don't see "Subscriptions," you might be on an older iOS version. Look for "iTunes & App Store" instead, tap your Apple ID, view it, and then tap "Manage" under Subscriptions.
- Find the Service: Look for "Coloring" (or the specific app name) in the list and tap on it.
- Cancel the Plan: Tap Cancel Subscription (or "Cancel Renewal" depending on your iOS version).
- Confirm: When prompted, confirm that you want to Cancel.
Important Tips
- Timing is Key: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. If you cancel today, you will still have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.
- Refund Policy: As noted in the service terms, fees are generally non-refundable after the trial period ends. Canceling stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current period.
- Confirmation: After canceling, you should see a message confirming that your subscription will end on a specific date.
If you encounter any issues finding the subscription or the button is greyed out, you may need to check your family sharing settings or contact Apple Support directly through the "Report a Problem" link in the App Store.
